We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Asia Operations Coordinator to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing

Supplier Management: Assist in confirming bookings and managing reservations with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and activity suppliers.

Availability Oversight: Keep trip availabilities up to date and communicate updates to the marketing team.

Release Tracking: Monitor deadlines for trip releases and ensure suppliers are informed promptly.

Invoice Management: Oversee supplier invoice uploads and assist the Operations Manager with payment processing.

Pre-Trip Preparation: Create and update essential materials such as itineraries, rooming lists, and country-specific health and safety information.

Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and the Experience Team to ensure seamless trips for travelers.

Research & Improvement: Identify and implement ideas to improve the quality of our trips.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers across the region.

Operations Chat Support: Actively participate in daily operations chats to provide real-time guidance and assistance to trip leaders.

On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide urgent assistance to trip leaders during ongoing trips.

Other Duties: Contribute to team projects and additional tasks as needed.

Ideal Background

Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, operations, or a related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of work experience, with prior experience in operations or travel or event coordination is a plus.

Location & Time Zone Compatibility: Must be based in Asia with legal authorization to work and receive payment in your country of residence. The role requires flexibility to work evening and night hours, occasionally until midnight, to ensure smooth collaboration with our teams in Europe and the Americas.

Skills: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, while experience with international travel and knowledge of our Asian trip destinations are highly valued.
