FTLO Travel Credit Terms and Conditions
Read this agreement thoroughly and carefully before purchasing travel credit with us. It is a legally binding contract.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of travel credits issued by For the Love of Travel LLC, a California limited liability company (encompassed by "FTLO Travel", "FTLO", "we", "our", or "us").
Please read these terms carefully. When purchasing the travel credit ("Credit"), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Use
Travel Credit: The Credit is valid for future bookings with FTLO Travel for the eligible dates listed on the Travel Credit promotion page.
Transferability: The Credit is transferable. However, once the Credit is applied to a traveler’s account, any subsequent transfer to another traveler will incur a $100 administrative fee and the loss of the 10% promotional value.
Combination with Other Offers: The Credit can be combined with other vouchers, credits, or promotional offers at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise.
Booking Restrictions:

For new bookings, the Credit cannot be applied to the non-refundable booking deposit listed on the trip booking page (e.g., $500 or $975 deposit).

For existing bookings, the Credit can be applied only to the remaining balance of a 2025 booking. It cannot be used to refund or replace payments already made on your upcoming reservation.
2. Expiration and Refunds
No Expiration: The Credit has no expiration date, but it must be used for trips within the eligible dates listed on the Travel Credit promotion page.
Nonrefundable: The Credit is nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, either partially or in full.
Unused Credit: No refunds will be issued for unused Credits.
Cancellations: If your trip is canceled by FTLO Travel or by you, the Credit will be returned to your account balance as travel credit for future use. Cancellations are still subject to FTLO Travel's regular trip cancellation rules.
3. Account and Processing
Credit Application: Please note it may take up to one week for the Credit to be applied to your account, as it is manually processed.
Remaining Credit: Any remaining balance on the Credit after applying it to your booking will remain as travel credit for future bookings.
4. Modifications to Terms
FTLO Travel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the Credit will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing the Credit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
